Moody's culture is way bad like a LALA company. There is no tracker for daily work, no performance Metrix for appraisals. If you ask on what basis your appraisal rating is low, the manager will sideline you from the team. Manager name Anurag Ganguly, Quincy Jia, Deepak Sangwani are the political players in the company. If you are not close to them or doing their personal work, they will pressurize you so much to make you resign from the job. I even complained to HR as there is no system in place for tracking work, performance Metrix and all I got to hear "behavioral issue complaint" against me. Trust me, never join Moody's if you can't do personal work of manager. Since manager don't keep any record of your work, all the appraisal and promotions are based on favoritism. I even got selected for USA based position based on my hard work but since I never did personal work of Anurag Ganguly, so he didn't let me go and instead created behavioral issue on my name with help of HR. HR are literally useless. If you want to work less in the team, manager Anurag Ganguly asks Favours, and he would not even give you workload afterwards. Such a disgusting company!!
