Fixed salary i.e. monthly inhand CTC/12=()-3600(PF)-200(professional taxes) but PF contribution is 3600 Appraisals are good 10% minimum and max upto 35%

No dedicated canteen, and cafeteria size is too less. Some Managers are really good and helping. Specially at hyderabad and bangalore location don't expect North Indian food will get... all people needs to carry their own tiffins. While attending interview you can ask interviewer whether they are hiring for client location. Mainly they are hiring people and working as like resource management type company,providing resources to big MNCs. After client interview there almost people will get testing debugging stability related work at client location which is waste of time and lack of knowledge. You will not gain knowledge at client location. Almost 9/10 people will get this job after clearing client interview. 1 of 10 will get development. And if they hired you for internal project then there will flexibility as internal projects are going to slow... because of lack of management. Rest about policies you won't get work from home at any condition which is quiet disappointing....Read More
