1.High levels oiling and buttering is there for senior like specially Boss(Who working long time at (Mother Dairy). 2.There no camera in office for this reason some manners less employees taking advantage. 3.HR r not taking care of there employees issues and not even trying to solve it. 4.There is big scam in incentive part whereHR is not taking care of it. Originally a good work culture and good ethics followed. But always remember things can turn upside down in days with change of guards. That’s what preciously happened ruining the glory past.

Dislikes

This organisation has become totally run by people good in politics and excellent in licking. Bunch of incompetent people sitting at higher level who don’t understand the basics of job required from them to take the organisation flag high. Most of them even do not have the quality to fit 2-3 level down.
