Scientist should be kept free from the administrative work so that they could concentrate purely on R&D.

National Aerospace Laboratories is India's one of the premier research labs. I worked there as a project student. I had a wonderful, very knowledge guide/advisor for my M.Tech Project there. I wish to become a Scientist there!

Dislikes

Very tight security is there! We are not even suppose to carry a normal phone also! I think it is needed. Ye we have to live with these a lot NAL Bengaluru.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Freshers can learn engineering skills if they not learnt in their college education. No work pressure and good for research and development.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There is no on job training for freshers, senior folks have to guide. Good only for freshers and permanent employees not for contract employees.

My work is slightly challenging I developed a website without having prior experience in programming and got good support from senior folks. No pressure and I took time to learn about web application development in internet and implemented the same.
