I came here for the reputation Honeywell holds. But after joining in 2 weeks I understood its a jungle trap. So I joined as an Embedded engineer in HTS Aerospace department for doing V&V work for one of their softwares on contractual basis (don't apply). First sign of illogical management was the daily stand up meetings, one in morning and one the tracking at 8 pm ( because one don't have dinner). So the tracking meeting is held to give the status update on how many requirements we have done. But what's more frustrating is they are counting our productivity points (EV) so we should do N number of requirements per week and give daily some. Where the manager will come and blast about it putting more pressure. Where meetings go upto like 1- 1 30 hours and based on our EV our value is calculated. Now their way of testing is sooo illogical that they have made the process more complex and not using a tool which really help debug the code but only we have to manually see through a big code. The documentation is not even completed yet but we lack knowledge 😔. Even working on weekends(by psychologically made to) with no compensation next day they still come and start blaming that we are incapable. And being on contract which 95% the team is makes it more worse. 5 managers looking over are their to just blast, spread toxicity, give indirect digs and buttering of seniors with ego of a mad person and expecting top notch quality work. They have hired people from different backgrounds making it more worse. I don't think they are testing a safety critical software but a toy. In short they are just behind targets, which is money effecient but not product effecient. Atleast wfh is expected? No??? It's all about numbers not the product. And the manager on a level above the team tracker have no idea how things works All the best....Read More

No technical growth. Waste of time in your career. Internal team movement is a scam and joke. Extended work hours Poor management skills by managers Managers play safe game for himself by blaming every individuals in his team and will make that his position is clear. Favourism Groupism. Manager will push the work to his team members without proper resource management. One person handles more than 1 project as a primary focal in all the projects that he got assigned. Expected to support 24x7 Will be asked to plan your personal time according to your work. Loss of personal time Increased pressure and stress not due to the work but due to higher management's double standard. Whatever happens it will come under your scope of responsibility. Team leads are held accountable for the credits.On the other hand individual Team members are held accountable for escalations and faults. Manager will extract more work from you and tell that you are not capable to do this work upfront on your face during appraisals. You will get tortured and tired from the managers speech. Managers will pretend like as if he is supporting you. Don't waste your time and career by joining here....Read More
