No hierarchy is available in this complex refinery due to which employees of the company are little demotivated while working in their role.

Work life is not satisfactory in national refinery limited due to management behavior. This results in lowering morale of the employees.

What I like about National Refinery is it's environment and learning facilities which is provided by the company they set seminars and conduct classes to enhance operational skills and safe environment we technical employees have discussion on technical things like chemical process which is running in plant discussed and we learned many things about emergencies how can we handel them

Dislikes

I do not dislike a single thing about my company it gave me the opportunity to enhance my working skills and it exposed me to the experienced people as a skilled worker to who i can show them my hands in experience

It is being excellent every time some time operation become challenging but we as a team take challenges to resolve them and they always get solved .
