There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.

Completing the work related to one's department properly and not considering the load of other departments as pressure and having the best standard operating procedures of the company.

Dislikes

Taking or getting the work done by all the staff by entrusting it to the supervisor or foreman, shows the worst system which is hurting the credibility of NCC.

It is a total balance of all excellence and goodness. People working here are satisfied with the facilities that is being provided. And the work life balance is good here.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance. Working 7 days a week. Employees never get their leaves approved by managers even if employee has leave balance. Horrible management.
