Ncccl company was time being it's ok but long term is not possible

Dislikes

1.payment delay labour and staff 3 month working one month salary given the company 2.No quality and safety maintenance. 3.No increment yearly 4.No promotion at 5 years candidate working person. 5.Holiday & Sunday leave not given management.

Worked for this company for small period,dring that period worked sincerely taking the responsibility of assigned work.But due to immediate higher level officer it became difficult to accomdadate.Do we left the company on personel reasons. The company is old and good company,working for such a company is hounarabel. Thank you.
