Well!!!!! 1. Flexible working hours. 2. You can get the government working vibe sometimes.( Roaming here and there )

Read it carefully if you're planning to join the company. 1. Pathetic working experience 2. Worst office politics done by senior sitting in the company for more than 10 years. 3. Worst work life balance 4. Forget you have a life after joining the company. 5. Worst holiday policy 5 fixed and 3 optional. 6. No cafeteria in the office only pantry with single pathetic coffee machine. 7. If your desk is on 7th floor you will get a vibe of working in the store room or punjab national bank. 8. Pathetic hygiene in the office. You will see cockroaches roaming in the pantries and office and even in the vending machine. Even there were lizards walking around on my desk. 9. Problem of 2-3 weehlers parking if parking is full u have to pay and park your vehicle. 10. No techinal knowledge sharing by the leads. 11. My teammates were working till 7 am in the morning due to poor project planning by managers. 12. They need the deliverables at any cost without even discussing with the team members about the planning. 13. Boss come to the office at 12 pm and expect the team to stay late for them. Please don't join the company if u have a better option....Read More

They hire fresher & people who have low aspirations so they will stick to the comoany for long time

Dislikes

No opportunity for growth, no proper management & its very Autocratic & one man tries to pull all the strings. I would advice not to join the company if you are a fresher with aspiration for good carries Development

The company is large & i got the opportunity to learn something new. The colleagues were supportive and genuine to me. The reporting manager was also patient with me.

Dislikes

Firing so crassly even at the time of epidemic, even when they knew that the work which i was doing, was not something that i used to do in my previous firm.
