During my two years at this company, I've come to appreciate one thing - the regular crediting of the salary on the 7th of every month. This consistency has been a reliable and valuable aspect of working here.

I have negative feelings about almost everything in this job. The system and benefits are not proper, and there is a lot of office politics and drama happening around 10 times a month. Your boss is also your reporting manager and team leader, which gives them the power to do whatever they want, including bullying, mocking, insulting, and denying things (gaslighting). Sometimes, it feels more like a drama stage than an office. There are also no benefits to working here; the salary, appraisals, and learning opportunities are all unfair. The only thing I liked about this company were handful of people who made me feel comfortable in this toxic workplace.

Dislikes

Everything about this company is bad. They cut salary on plagiarism too and also not meeting the target. They deduct huge amount of money based on this. They fire you without any valid reason. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Dislikes

No job security. They'll fire you without paying a penny. No work life balance. Forget about Sunday and holidays or day offs in general. You'll be working all day and sometimes even nights. Lack of communication and guidance. They'll refuse to communicate with you and put you on hold till it's too late for you and then they'll hold you accountable for mistakes that they didn't address. Salary. Not upto the mark. If you even get any that is. You're not allowed to have Internet issues. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days.
