It's unfortunate to say, but the work culture at this company is nothing short of toxic. The manager is non-efficient, and seems to have a clear bias towards certain employees. It's clear that favoritism is rampant and those who are not in the manager's good graces are left feeling undervalued and underappreciated. Adding to this, the workload is overwhelming and employees are often overworked, leaving them feeling burnt out and exhausted. Despite the excessive workload, the pay is shockingly low, especially for the hardworking employees who give their all day in and day out. It's disheartening to see such dedication and effort go unnoticed and unrewarded. On top of all of this, there seems to be no real opportunity for growth or advancement within the company. Despite hard work and dedication, promotions and advancement seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit. It's clear that there is little incentive to work hard and excel within the company. Overall, the work culture at this company is incredibly toxic and leaves hardworking employees feeling undervalued and underappreciated.
