Teammates, trainings are good but job security not so much in my opinion. Salary & appraisal are also average.

I got the chance to start my career by stepping into Nexval Infotech. Company is competing good with its Mortgage banking and lending based project with the other competitor organization around and performing well in market standard.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Compensation is not good as well as growth is very very slow. Organization is comparatively small and there is no scope of project movement as the organization works on a single project. Female associates are given priority in terms of higher designation and shift selection. They are opt to work in morning shifts only where as male associates works on rotational shifts.

It is a BPO/KPO based organization focus on outsourcing. Works related to BFSI domain that involve data entry, indexing, web research over mortgage properties, deeds, assignments, liens and tax documents.

Seniors and TL's are very supportive, friendly environment, Trainers are excellent and outstanding. Best place for HS +12 pass student - can learn many things and can start their work journey from here as well as study. Work from home benifit Very good Job security in bad times even in pandemic.

No private health insurance benefits Very slow growth Very low compensation as per industry & work. Very low (you can't even imagine) increments on appraisal. No personal skills or soft skills development program for. Employees. Favouritism Notice period is too long. KPI mechanism and appreciations system is bad. Don't have system to update everyone inside the board regarding birthday, marriage anniversary of employees. Leave policy is bad for 1 day leave you have to clearly mention the reason even if it's personal reason. Management and HR departments connects very less with production team to listen there problems and discuss new ideas....Read More
