NO Job security, Terrible work culture, micromanagement on everything pannager will come at 11 and leave at 5pm everyday, that's oka for company, but but if you got late someday and still you are staying late to complete your working hours then you will get notice from owner. everything, Instead of giving off on 1st Jan like other companies they give you treat in big hotel and then asks for you for the money as contributiuon. Such a third class management and planning, show off thiers brand on the money of employees.
