Obviously client side opportunites we get where we get to learn new projects new phase of experience by this we improve our way of working,good colleagues and more importantly for freshers they gave better opportunities to learn......

Obviously about the bond and Appraisal phase I din't faced still so can't say but hopefully they give the proper hike according to the performance and experience.....:)
