work culture, timing, annoying people around you, mostly are buttering the management for good appraisal and transfer, no transfer policy, for finance people it is hell... so much politics... there are 25% employee who are working and 75% employee buttering, convert the department in orchestra band, singing dancing, there is so muchregionalism... after sometime you will become mad.... poor treatment by management and seniors... all are selected through campus selection or walk in interview... those candidates who are selected through written they all left the organization.... so much interruption but UNION.. no reputation of officers.. workmen company not officer company......Read More
