Not govern by independent. Here no one has clarity about who will do the work. The work is dragged on till the last moment and sometimes it is put on someone NSL, sometimes on Mecon sometimes a third party comes, so until a single party takes it in its hands to govern it, this plant cannot show its profit.All the old people do not want to learn anything new.
