This company is playing after onboarding their employees. Customer service is not a Rocket science job. But they're providing 3rd round of click Training KC is very pathetic they're not carrying the employee i should take the training from Manager he doesn't know anything what is the Procedure to give the Training.

I didn't get proper Training for clear my KC test bcaz the trainer is on leave and they're not worried about the employees bcaz of this reason and Politics reason they have told someone he will not pass the exam. Afterwards i went for 3rd KC exam and I prepared well from previous badge but after completing the exam finally they took my phone and took a snap from the whatsapp training group and updated like he's seen the answers from phone. Then they've closed the system without submitting the exams and masood said you can leave I'll update your kc result finally what they've sent you are not clear your KC Test. After completing the exam i was checked my answers that time its happened. I was prepared very well i showed them all the proof to HR but he's discussed with manager the manager said sorry i don't want this candidate. And they've sent the email you're not clear with the KC final test. But what i have answered from the questions all answers are correct only god only knows what happened after i left from the Mercury building 2nd floor. One thing i want to tell here my mother Tongue is Tamil they've given the final Training in Kannada but i informed them i didn't understand anything end of the day i got a news from someone you didn't know anything bcaz of this language Training. When I was completed the exam i informed the manager that time he said like why you said vijay Training is not understood. Afterwards they've given in English. Once he completed the training he only told he will not pass the exams....Read More

No work life balance. They're filtering the Employees because of worst management and so many buckets are there, even HR also not supporting the Employees. You'll not get any career Growth 100% sure. Always they're filtering and not providing salary

Company is awesome but newly appointed management is horrible and new rules and deducting incentives and terminating an employee just because of performance where as no company will terminate for company will terminate for performing instead they ask to resign most of the employees lost jobs The newly appointed ATL I don't wanna mention his name who is taking care of Bangalore region currently and joined 5-6 months back he is playing politics don't know who appointed him he planned and removed most of the performers and lot of Bucket works hard to trust people here and that too in lockdown they want to terminate for silly reasons I request you all who ever is reading this don't join this company when there is such a horrible management...Read More

I was promised with in hand ctc 22k in offer letter ,as I joined on 27th November 2020 they deducted more than 40 percentage got only 12k the very first month they said error by payroll team around 6 days payment they didn't credit . When I asked about this they said within 3 days remaining amount will be credited and they asked me to continue working I didn't like to work so I resigned my unit head didn't approve my resignation also they don't feel guilty of not crediting salary my boss Mr sashank said u r abscond case no final settlement when I asked them to credit my salary which was their error . I got multiple calls from hr asked to continue working atleast for notice period I said to recover notice period charge from the 6 days salary which they had forgot to pay by payroll team . Salary calculation was between 21 to 20 pay my remaining balance salary to my account .If not I will mark mail to cancel your license as it's totally unethical behaviour . Hr don't have common sense reshmi hr called me at night 9 30 pm don't have professional behaviour when to call a person it's unethical behaviour learn manners though u r hr...Read More

False promises from the day 1. HR will not clear you about your salary,in paper they will show you one salary and on the salary credit date you will almost cry after seeing your own salary. Thousands of policies just to deduct salary and keep on changing every month.
