- Flexible work hours - best work life balance - flexibility in choosing your own projects - Everyone is ready to help you all the time, no politics for the competition between employees - High opportunities to be versatile and try a lot of things and functions

Dislikes

- No proper training for freshers, you are just put into projects directly with just some basic things. It's good but more on bad side as you become a good employee this way, not a good engineer. -No extra benefits like Fuel reimbursement, car loan and phone compensations.
