The company is innovative and ready to adopt latest technology. High quality product with competitive rates. I got travel all over India big cities through company. I like at every stage 2nd line is ready to work in the absence of any one.

Sometimes work pressure is very high.I have to attend customer calls at any time in24 hrs.

I have to look all quality issues and system implementation part. I am keeping 12 months rolling calendar is ready. Travels get little hectic sometimes,but it is ok.

Most employees behaviour is polite towards you expect few... Obviously can't name here. Yes because it is a small company, manpower is less you got to learn every thing in your department and also other departments if you are eager to.

Dislikes

Some employees may got you feel that you're an outsider...they will talk about you in front of you but in Marathi language so you can't get it. I am working here from six months and I am knowing only one person at officer level who is from Bihar. The behaviour among team is not favourable at all. The HR polices regarding leave, Salary increament is not good at all.
