This list is huge but as I have to keep it small and specified hence I am highlighting some incidents what I came accross. 1. No proper training. 2. No colleagues support in case of learning. 3. Existing coworker's rude behaviour. 4. Toxic work culture. 5. Very unprofessional behaviour towards new joinee. SCM is one of the process which is leading by Mumbai office and that process is pathetic just pathetic. Above mentioned points are dedicated to this process only. If anyone wants to join onprocesstechnology then i would request please don't and if it is for Mumbai SCM process then surely it will become hell journey. They are currently also hiring for this process only as no one stays over there more than 1 month so they always have vacancy for this particular process only....Read More
