Everything is good.my teammates every time support to me.salary was good.. carrier opportunities was average.because i amleft the job on September month and after leaving this job i am going to vivo mobile-pvt ltd They told me to u r not able to do this job..so i have a 14 months experience in oppo company as a team leader and brandexecutive.and travel was so hard.because its over all marketing job.everday i am going to different different areas distance is 100-150 km daily traveling.and last politics was more and more.every time senior give importance to our close one.not other employees....Read More

The work pressure is very high..i have to work atlest 12 hours in a day..and i have attend client calls evening and sometimes late into the night .manager do not value an individuals unique strength,which is why i have to take backmy suggestions most of the times .

Mainly behaviour of manager to down team is not good,chinese people are worest in attitude.you have to work for hour but they not will praise for your work,how much you do the work they will not satifies.they will not doble target to you by giving short spam.
