To Start i would like to say that Please dont consider good reviews written online because they are mentioned by Founder and Director themselves. Nidhi and Foram, they themselves writes good reviews about organization as they already know no one else will write it. Dont Fool yourself.

Note : This is downfall of Recruiters career, if you join here. Senior Management is very disrespectful towards employees. Please tone it down.

Avoid at all costs The company culture is absolutely toxic. Be prepared to be shouted at and insulted on a daily basis. Unrealistic targets and constant pressure make it a nightmare to work here. Management, especially Nidhi and Forum, are extremely unprofessional and make the work environment even worse. I strongly advise against joining.
