Their professionalism, integrity, and respect for women in the workplace create a safe and supportive corporate environment. I had the privilege of working closely with Managing Director and CEO, both of whom are trueassets to the organization and instrumental in driving its growth. However, despite the strong leadership at the top, there is a noticeable gap in workplace culture at the operational level. There appears to be an excessive amount of autonomy given to HR, to the extent that new joiners are sometimes not allowed to connect directly with their reporting managers. Worst company to work with. No professionalism at all. I was hired for Crompton Greaves project. They have lost that project before I joined. They didn't even informed me that they have lost this project and I have to work as a backup. I joined here as Project manager but I had to work as a backup engineer. They have promised thatthey hav many projects in pipeline and I will be get a permanent site. however, After 6 month when the probation period over they told me either work in a lower salary or put the resignation. That was pathetic. Please do not join here....Read More
