Orient Technologies has a good work environment with a supportive team. I got to learn a lot through different projects and gained hands-on experience with new technologies. It’s a great place to grow professionally.

Dislikes

Only one work-from-home day is permitted each month, which limits flexibility. Improving the work-life balance would enhance the experience, but it's still a great place to gain skills and grow professionally.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

A lot to learn if you get a stable project to work on. Great for freshers!

Dislikes

No work life balance, you are expected to work extra 2 hrs. Very few new projects to work on. I worked for 2 years and they were able to acquire only one project the whole time. they will hold your appraisal if you don't have a project to work on during the appraisal months ie July andJan. if you have more than a year of experience in any field I'd advice to skip this one ie if you want to work on something fulfilling but if your motive is to spend time and have bills to pay as your priority then this is the one for you as they probably will not kick you out until your a senior citizen!...Read More

Feel the pressure if you have a project and if there is deployment you will work from 10 - 18 hrs and best to not expect any reward for the same But if you get through this then you have become a diamond my friend and can work anywhere in the world.

TLs and trainers are good, co workers are good but TLs gives so much work pressure to employees.
