If you wish to end your professional career, mental peace and self respect, feel free to join ozone This place has everything- Autocratic/ Rude Leaders, Complete Lala Land Culture, worst employee benefits, Hire / Fire culture etc etc There’s no direction or vision of Top Management, highly biased appraisal mechanism, the more you please them the higher you grow, professionals are hired and treated like shit here, worst/ toxic culture at all the offices, you are promoted for sharing gossips here……. Even if you fall sick they will force you to come to office and work, else will deduct your salary, they are heartless There’s no one to hear you or your grievances, you will end up losing your job or sacked if you raise voice for change or try to protest My sincere request to all reading this post, if you are serious about your career avoid joining Ozone...Read More
