Worst company ever worked with.. from upper management to team leader every one our corrupt.. they will only give importance to their favorites.. biasing at its peak... In terms of salary you will get penny.. no appraisal to talent and hard working employee.. no internal promotion of you do not have sources or you have to give 10-15% of you CTC to interviewer via his or her sources... They will ask for liquor and money to get promotion.. women's are haressed.. promotion are already fixed because company VPs, AVP, director manager have already taken their share from the employee... It is better to be unemployed rather than working in this shit company.. even the CEO has ego not even concern what is happening on the ground level. Poor HR management...Read More
