Worst company ever worked with.. from upper management to team leader every one our corrupt.. they will only give importance to their favorites.. biasing at its peak... In terms of salary you will get penny.. no appraisal to talent and hard working employee.. no internal promotion of you do not have sources or you have to give 10-15% of you CTC to interviewer via his or her sources... They will ask for liquor and money to get promotion.. women's are haressed.. promotion are already fixed because company VPs, AVP, director manager have already taken their share from the employee... It is better to be unemployed rather than working in this shit company.. even the CEO has ego not even concern what is happening on the ground level. Poor HR management...Read More

Nothing to like. Worst company ever.

Dislikes

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. During the onboarding process, they make multiple fake commitments just to get you in—including promising work-from-home opportunities, which is completely false. Once you're onboarded, there's no such option and you're expected to work from the office without any discussion. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and the environment is highly toxic. HR and management are not transparent at all, and their only role seems to be making false promises. Micro-management is at its peak, and you're constantly under pressure with no job security or support. Overall, it’s a highly demotivating place with poor ethics and zero respect for employees.
