I love my work that's the only thing I like about working here.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. You are supposed to join team meetings on your week offs and leaves. You have to work extra hours without any added compensation. You have to send reports on your weekly offs.

- Vacation - Paid Holidays - Appropriate Tracking system for leaves or work days - Work Quality is great - Jobs command advisory over exam invigilation, accommodations and profile management - Work environment is cool - Facilities are appropriate, Good.

- HR is pathetic, extremely laidback - Growth is upon sweet talking and not merits You will be stuck if you are not good with your manager - No age criteria for becoming manager, and as this position requires responsibilty, it is sometimes mishandled inappropriately -Employee empathy is 0, they believe document over personal connections - Employee learning is available, but you cannot do much about that, as your managers discretion to allow IJP, just before IJP is going to be awarded they put PIP, to ensure you are not eligible for one....Read More
