No wages given for extra work after late night stay, every people need is work satisfaction with correct wages for correct working hours. But i experience stay late night for work without overtime

Work Details

I worked hard for pentair in QA department with effective quality control and awareness to supplier by raising DMR and communication. Completed daily inspection with in working time. After work hours material logs release for production without overtime

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

There is nothing to learn in pentair. No mentorship. In some project there is no much work and in some there is lot if work to do. No work culture and no mission, no strategy on how to proceed with pilot project.

Dislikes

I liked nothing. Everything is dislike button.
