No work life balance. No room for personal life. Regardless of how much effort you're putting, you won't get a hike. Only those get a hike who do nothing but the politics. You will be asked to come to the office everyday if you want to get hike or appraisal but by the end of financial year you'll be told that it is not possible and management is not agreeing for it</mark>. Also before transfer, you'll be given lucrative promises that you'll be given this kuch amount of hike and all but you'll get nothing and even for a mere transfer letter for the sake of proof you'll have to fight for months with the HR....Read More

1. No work life balance (9-10 hours minimum) 2. No proper payout (25K) 3. Being inhouse no promotions from past 2.5 years. 4. Fake promises over work, promotions and hike. 5. Managers working in online counseling are less talented than associates, they don't know anything and useless as most of the teams running without pilot. 6. If you ask for promotion aur upgrade they will transfer you to multiple departments and again other team treats you like fresher. 7. FAKE WARNINGS in the name of ZTP. Zero growth especially in online counseling only bulshit they can give. And during appraisal they said because of xyz reason they cannot give any appraisal so manage or leave company....Read More

Balanced work and tasks. Flexible working time. Special leaves are designed for females. Opportunities to learn about new applications and software. CEO Mr. Alakh Pandey Sir is an amazing person and took great initiative for employment and students through Physics Wallah.

Salary for non-academic is very low. Work culture is extremely biased. Appraisals are done according to the relationship maintained with the heads of the center. Over-appraised faculties by the head lead to the cold behavior of faculties toward non-academic staff.
