I worked 3 years in design section in Madhuravoyal, Chennai office. The likes are 1. They will deduct Employee Provident Fund (EPF) money from employee salary. Company will never pay employee EPF money, instead of that they will deduct from our salary (both employees and employer). 2. No yearly salary hike 😊. They will never every provide good salary hike even if we worked hard. Yearly salary hike will be 900 rupees for all. 3. No casual, sick, earned leave for employees. They will provide only 10 days yearly casual leave for employees. If we got sick for 2 weeks it's loss of pay for us. 4. Company MD Vasu and GM Thendral will buy new costly cars every three years from company money and they will never provide decent salary for employees. 5. Company MD Vasu will daily fire 🔥 minimum 3 people for silly reasons. He will get angry quickly for very tiny reasons. Very very worst behaviour 👌. 6. No education qualification required to join this company. Evern if you failed 5th standard you can type resume and join immediately for 9000 rupees monthly salary 😃 This is awesome 🙂. 7. Every year April month company will provide yearly party for employees (Hot drinks) in high class Hotel with employees money 💲 😂 8. GM Thendral sir getting 80,000 salary monthly and MD Vasu getting 3,00,000 Lacs monthly salary. And employees getting 9000 rupees salary 😂😂😂 9. Finally, there is no growth in this company.
