Despite working here has been a pleasurable experience for the most part, one thing that I feel needs some look-into by the management is the compensation paid to junior employees. Even though the work achievements has been gratifying and provides inner-satisfaction, the salary figure leaves wanting for more. The pay grade of a junior level engineer is pretty low according to industry standards.
