I was joined in this organisation since 2018 onwards reporting directly to M.D. This organisation has given work freedom to all the employee. Especially the M.D. of this organisation is very humble and kind to listen our words / opinion before taking any decision. Pioneer Wincon is a company more than 25 years in Renewable energy sector. Pioneer wincon wind mills are very familiar in the wind mill market, pioneer wincon have a good team , good product,good management and good reference with good customer satisfaction is still in the market.

There are no dislikes.it is not a product, it is a project, it is dependent on many deportment and TNEB so we can not mention any specific problem, we have to manage it.
