Job Security:- Management gives enough opportunity in your work to contribute, develop and grow. Has never sacked an employee due to incompetency, it pulls out from it and make them efficient by training and motivation. Job Security is always there unless someone doing against the interest of the company. Work Culture :- Good environment to work, there is not much of an Ego between various depts. as most of the employees are working for more then 10 years. they understand the company expectation and make working environment good. Management : - One of the best I have seen in my career, they give enough work space, opportunity, training to develop skills and contribute to the company. Even in worst business scenarios have stand by its employees against all odds and have paid salaries in the best possible manner. Paid full salary even in COVID periods. WRA is always updated with current Market technical skills like new versions of Software tools. Executive Director is always encourage the employees attending the related trainings and Technical workshops. Work culture and office ambiance also good. In Covid-19 pandemic situation Executive Director has taken extra care of employees providing Masks, Sanitizers and also provide facilities of Work From Home during Lock down period.
