Before merger with Virtusa , Polaris is good place to work But after merger their policy are not employee friendly. You will get a hike after 2 years. Also the Virtusa people dominate the heritage polaris employees in each sense. No major clients apart from city. Most of the projects are dominated by the same people from last 20 years. They will not allow to grow lateral hires .

Management is very bad, and HR is bad... And no hikes at all in last 2 year.. Do not join if you have any other offer..

Bench policy, no IJP, technologies growth zero , employees satisfaction zero, poor management and HR dept. Would rate -1 for current HR dept. , Wouldn't recommend any one to join virtusa , policies not clear to any of the employee , biggest mistake of my career
