    ... In my present company I pay more tax as compared to salary I was offered in Polaris. My recommendation to any North Indian will be don't ever join this company they will make you feel worthless , other service based companies like TCS, Infosys and HCL are far better as compared to Intellect, atleast they give you some time for self study and provide you a better location as compared to Chennai.

    Good environment for the freshers to start. We can gain more knowledge on banking domain.

    Dislikes

    Compensation is the worst thing to dislike. They will give less amount even if we get best ratings. Unless you raise resignation, they will not give you much hike.

    They don't give salary whatever they have mentioned on offer letter. You will never understand how much is exactly salary are you drawing. There is not any technical training or certification.

    Dislikes

    No proper induction,you will not get any proper response from HR or manager.
