the day Polaris is acquired by Virtusa and now named VistusaPolaris. Its worst policies, no hike, no variable paid on time, even reimbursement and food coupons are also not distributing on time, no cab and worst thing is job security, no vertical growth, I am working from last 3 years and my hike is pending from last 2 years. Virtusa is forcing and implementing its own and junk policies in Polaris. for name sake its saying Virtusa and Polaris are now single entity but its giving different treatment for Virtusa and Polaris employee....Read More
