Everything seems fine when a company pays salaries on time. However, this company does not provide any timeline for salary payments, nor do they issue basic documents such as a joining letter or ID card. They have also withheld salaries for the past three months. It's becoming extremely difficult for us to survive under these conditions.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are support and the management not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very bad, appraisal not available and they give verr bad salary hike and bonus nit given every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management also involved in politics hasn't adress our issues. Salary is decent also career growth not possible

The company is open to Innovation and readily adopt modern business policy. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that provide reliable, high quality services and has a good client base in PAN India. As a result, i had a chance to Air-travel Patna, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Meerut but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location & Requirements. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 20-24 Hrs straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night. Managers don't value an individuals unique strengths, which us why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hense senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire Business and Distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a KAM get tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.
