They offer good packages which is bit above the market standards as well.No login No logout No minimum hours to be in office Don’t believe google reviews all are fake.

One of the waste company in world Long Long working hours In order to survive in this company you need to work at least 16 to 18 Hour per day minimum Mental pressure They pressurize you to complete the work to meet deadlines with short time. Within short time they assign 3 to 4 new tasks which you need to learn and do.You need to be individual performer as no one will help you Main thing you need to ensure you are very good in development and writing the code as you need to do a developer job over here. You need to be very good in scripting as you need to do a Devops engineer. You need to be good in deployment as well as you need to work as a deployer. so if you join as a security engineer you need and you must work as a Devops/Developer/ Deployment engineer Better to avoid this company or else you will see hell in this company. After giving the joint date on the joining day there is no guarantee that they will consider you to join,Hrs comes up with bull shit stories that higher management doesn’t accept that this Bala Bala they will say and they won’t even lift the call and they will block you...Read More

Believe me, there's nothing to like here. If you value learning and your work life balance, please look for other companies.

Dislikes

People who don't even understand ML have taken promotions and are leading the project as technical architect. Promotions are a joke here. My manager has zero understanding about ML and was converted from business analyst to Machine Learning Engineer and now leads the team (This is not a joke). There is absolutely no work life balance here. Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing. The leads commit unrealistic deadlines and you have to work over the weekends to meet them. The HRs don't even tell you how the performance rating algorithm works. My HR once told me they 'cannot reveal it'. The increments are peanuts. You'll have to work on multiple projects at once because there's a lack of resources always. Why ? Because people keep quitting because of such toxic environment ! If you are a sane person, please don't join this organisation....Read More
