Nothing good less leaves, less benefits less PF deduction etc.

No promotion, if working for any client they can remove you from job any time, they promise many thing in Quess but doesn't provide- No starter Kit, No promotion, only one EL every month, Low PF deduction as they have to pay same amount, no project after completion of on going project, they promise 1+ year long project but after 6 month they say project ended, 15 days notice period but they want to relive you before 15 days without compensation. Joining in November but no payment till 9th December 2024....Read More

Was very much comfortable working with Quess, But while selecting the Team Leaders and Team Managers they have to maintain the quality.
