Dont know about overall RHG properties , but Radisson Jammu doesn't deserve to operate , They focus only on hiring staff at the lowest wage possible , offering them promos late and with below the avg appraisal ( sometimes just 1500 rs) with promo

I don't think so there is job security in this organization, I was layed of during the covid situation, but I was called back when business picked up, there is no work culture, what I have seen as of know no one cares how hard u have work for, there is no policies for employees they do whatever they wants

I was working for last 3 years, and last month I put my registration since I was not acknowledged by the management as per management my performance is not upto the mark, and can't able to give me promotion I have accepted and put down my pepper but they assumed that I have already joined to other Radisson in my native so they called in that Radisson investigated that I have joined there or not. Which was very shameful, inappropriate act by our management and I don't think so they should do that...Read More
