My department employees except a couple of employees rest were so good.

Dislikes

Salary always get delayed with no prior information. No promotions. They only have fake datas at every level, regarding admissions, placements etc. Extra burden of work. Sometimes you have to work on Sundays with no compensation and if you ask you will be fired. No support from upper management. Lots of politics at every level. If you can do chamchagiri then you can survive for the whole of your life. Tons of favouritism. They dont pay salary of notice period duration....Read More

It's management is one of the worst they don't respect employees, neither they credit your salary on time nor they listen to your complains , i suggest not to join the institution even you are in your worst conditions
