There is 100% job security. The perks of being associated with this firm is great, their employee friendly policies benefit not only the employees, but their immediate family members as well.

Dislikes

Career growth and Life growth is Nil. With respect to the Brand value and financial growth this firm commands in the market, it doesn't translate to any kind of Increment or bonus hike for employee. Long and unorthodox working hours. No proper system in place. Upper management is only concerned regarding achieving company profit at the cost of the employee's life.

Work Details

Work life at RBML is fine. The profile is great, got room for learning and implementing new things, but it's a slow process.
