I don't like anything here. Even though i've worked her quite long, I dont recommend here.

Most of the things are not right. The managers are egoist and unsupportive. You resign from the company properly but they dont accept and threaten about ruining the job in the next company, even i've got better and next level position.. very pathetic

No because of the employee were very selfish and not work and help to anyone.

Employees of company because they don't follow herarchy for themselves but they want follow herarchy by another and junior . They think that company have made them senior and whatever they want to they can or they never respect the talent,skillled employees they only respect types employees are puppet for them .

Reliance was such a company in which there was never any problem and the incentive policy was quite high, it took a lot of work, reliance digital is a very good brand

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

Dislikes

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
