The other side is strict deadlines, toxic culture, late nights. And there is no end to it, other than getting used to it.

Good pay and learning but terrible work life imbalance which will frustrate after some point of time. Life is not only about learning and earning which SRBA Provides but some life which one cannot event expect during weekends.
