Flexible work culture, better work life balance

Dislikes

Worse local site leadership, many HR policy are hidden and case to case, HR team is full of people who did part time HR course in ocal institutions, every year there reorg and unnecessarily targeting low work force, lot of hierarchy in work, no learning, lot of corruption seen in procurement, faculty teams, leaders are saving their chairs over team. It is not for beginners.
