Supportive culture but pass the work everybody just like gov. Behaviour. Give a good opportunity to handling project. If you survive atleast 6month in the company pressure and environment. You can beet everything in your life.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good and Management is very bad because Not proper work deiffine. Company like Factory type behaviour and every time urgency and not proper work flow system define by management. Engineer and worker are work same type of work. Mentally torcher is very high. Increament and promotions are very less.
