Chairman and MD are respectful and salary on time, however they prefer YES Men. No long term plan but we are engaged aimlessly.

Dislikes

Both chairman and MD could not understand in so many years that people at CEO / COO / CFO positions stay in organisation until they have not to deliver, once the delivery time comes they run away. The people they selected are having no vision, no actual background or shadow background. Also these people made company invested hugely without any outcome. Mining what we achieved?? Now we are investing in Morocco ( Only God knows what will happen at the end). Owners shall decide if they want people of real capability or just based on their likings. All other divisions heads also keep us round and round of discussions and false promises. People like us are hardly heard. If you talk any of the CXO they are planning to get better opportunity the day they joined. Wake up Sir before it is too late....Read More
