Working with SSC is just like never before a life changing experience for me. I have always had a very professional and highly corporate attitude but I have never got such an opportunity to work in a corporate like SCC. Previously also I have worked as HR manager, HR Executive, Director HR manager, but at all the places that I have worked with is. no comparison with SCC. Here the director the chairman managing director and the joint magic director all of them are very much supportive and the salary packages which are being offered by the company is one of the highest in the whole industry....Read More

NO retainment plan for employee. At site level attendence is monitored by Biometric system for 12 hrs. Less than 12 hrs working half day attendence considered. No PF, ESI deduction. During my employment , on 6th July 2021, one of the employee Mr. Anand Thakur expired during working hours but no compensation paid till date. HR POLICY is also Zero.
