Even you worked them for whole night but if you login after 5 minutes from 8AM and logout 5 minutes before 8 PM you will lose half day salary. Which is pathetic

Nothing overall internal politics of old employees is at peak.

Dislikes

Horrible co. To work with no job security they can throw you out anytime in a month even. On site no facilities for proper accomodation or food is provided. Salary is always late 10th of every month if theu dnt have fund might go to 15th too. Directors got hell level of attitude but they dnt knw how to keep their employees as an asset.
